Greetings from the UK...again! I guess it will be clear this blog is being completed by Renee being already I'm having technical difficulties-the photos are in reverse order! Oh well, at least the trip from Frankfurt Hahn will appear much faster and simpler than it actually was! Point is, we made it!
Again, in reverse, the 1.5 hr bus ride. All went very well.
Oh yeah, this was the bus that was pretty tricky to find in the enormous bahnhof. Nobody really knew where we were suppose to go and although we thought it was prepaid in advance it wasn't per the bus driver. 10 minutes to go and Renee is doing an "OJ Simpson" through the bahnhof looking for euros being we spent most of them and of course they don't take credit cards!
Here is where we arrived after we took our first ICE (very fast) train.
Very cool station...
Saying goodbye was so hard to our Geman "family". Thanks for the best time ever and yes, we will be back!!!!
Leaving our home away from home...sniff sniff
Now Sydney has a new email pal in Germany, Lea. She is so excited to trade emails with her new friend who is learning English.
The "Amazing Chistine" who let us totally take over her home and make us feel so welcome!
Sweet German/American friendship!
Okay, officially done with my first blog post ever! Now I have 2 more exciting days to catch up on! Promise to try to work out this photo order thing and maybe even have less typos! On to Sunday's post!
